Wild Venison Tenderloin

I was skeptical about trying venison, thinking it would be ’gamey’, but i was blown away by how delicious it is. My kids actually prefer the Discovered Wildfoods mince to beef now.The price point is comparable to what I’d pay for quality meat elsewhere, but with the added bonus of knowing we’re heloing reduce invasive species. It’s become a regular in our household.
